Arrived and our twin room on the upper floor was all set for us. 🛏️ Loved that they had an air conditioner and coffee available.

The location was excellent and lovely, close to plaza mayor and plaza sol, the centre of the old town centre of Madrid and the beautiful square.

Local food and warm drinks.

Enjoyed a double room with a balcony, a window in the bathroom, and a great breakfast selection.

The B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor is a fabulous little hotel located within a stone's throw of cafes, restaurants, and the city's must-see attractions. the staff is honest and welcoming, making the whole property feel like a home away from home. the location is wonderful and conveniently close to the Main Square. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Madrid.

Functional and modern double room with a nice view 😊. the hotel is conveniently located near a big train station and close to all the main attractions in the area.

I booked it many times and 100% recommend. I liked this cheap hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The staff members were very very helpful. The location was perfect, within a close distance from a vast pedestrianized public square. There were shopping centers and a market around the venue.

Excellent location relative to the main square Plaza Mayor. Walk right to it. Also close to other key places like Puerta del Sol, the Sol Metro stop, department store shopping (El Corte Ingles) and many local tapas streets close to Puerta del Sol. We felt very safe there, even coming back late at night. Also, there is a safe in the room, which is a plus.

Being close to a major location such as Plaza Mayor also means a lot of night time noise. But that just comes with the territory. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Or, if you are a person who has a lot of trouble sleeping, this is definitely something to consider. Also, the showers are very small, perhaps a little more so than what I'm used to in Europe. I hit my elbows on the wall while shampooing and it was nearly impossible to shave my legs. Not a big deal but consider your comfort level with this type of confined shower space. I'd definitely trade off this comfort for the location because it was in an excellent spot.

Great location, in lovely little plaza, just a stone's throw from Plaza Mayor. and easy walking to all the sites and sounds of Madrid. A lovely little hotel, small rooms but comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful, willing to give you directions or advise where to eat or how to get to places, all have good english. Breakfast good at €7.50 with as much as you could eat which set you up for day. On the day we left our flight wasnt until later in day and we were able to leave our luggage until late afternoon, no problem. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a city break.

The location was perfect for visiting the main tourist sites and exactly what we were looking for.
